60-Second Elevator Pitch

When describing your company, product or service to someone who doesn’t know who you are, it has been proven that you only have 60 seconds or less to get and keep their attention.

Elevator speeches are created to prepare you for very short, chance encounters in an elevator. But elevator speeches are not just for elevators! You should use it whenever you want to introduce yourself to a new contact.

You must come up with an effective sales pitch to tell your audience who you are, what you do, the benefits of your product or service and why it is the only solution to their needs and they must have it.

Remember, you have to get their attention, keep it and convince them why they want and need you.

This is not easy. For most people, this takes much practice. But it is well worth the effort. Once you get it down and become good at it, you will be amazed at how well it works.

EX: I help frustrated business owners who are upset because there marketing is costing them money instead of making them money.
